Derek Lee, Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Derek Lee, CEO and Founder
of Enrich Culture Group, has over 20 years of experience in the publishing
industry. For 15 years, he worked at Oxford University Press (China) and John
Wiley & Sons (Asia), where he specialized in sales and marketing, new
business development, business IT applications, management, and corporate
strategy. Derek’s energies have been focused on the Asian markets of China,
Taiwan, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Korea, Thailand, The Philippines,
Malaysia, Indonesia, and Japan. Active and engaged in the publishing industry, his
current and past roles include: Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Tradebook
Publishers’ Association; Director of the Hong Kong Publishing Society; External
Examiner of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Kwun Tong);
Director of the Hong Kong Reprographic and Reproduction Rights Society; Member
of the Steering Committee for the Hong Kong and International Publishers'
Alliance; Member of the Executive Committee of the Institute of Print-Media
Professionals; and former Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of E-Business. Born
and raised in Hong Kong, Derek obtained his B.A. in Business Studies from the City
University of Hong Kong and then his Master’s degree from the University of New
South Wales, Australia. After living in Sydney and Singapore for several years,
Derek and his wife and daughter returned to Hong Kong

Stephen Wong, Managing
Director Stephen
is currently a part-time lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for
the Master’s Program of the Global Political Economy. He was a Managing
Director, a member of the Fixed Income Management Committee (Asia Pacific), and
Head of Structured Credit Derivatives (Asia Pacific) at RBS. Previously, he was
an Executive Director at UBS (London), and Vice President at Lehman Brothers
from 1997 to 2004 in London and New York. He received his Master’s degree from
Yale University after receiving his B.A. in Economics from the University of
Chicago. Stephen is based in Hong Kong.

PC Tham, Sales and
Marketing Director With more
than 25 years of experience in the publishing world, PC Tham has held a variety
of key management positions and senior assignments at Prentice Hall, Simon
& Schuster, John Wiley & Sons, The Wall Street Journal (Asia) and World
Scientific. PC’s expertise covers the marketing, management, and strategic
planning of all aspects of publishing in the Asia Pacific Region. He received
his B.A. in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. PC
is based in Singapore.

Alvin Tse, Consultant Currently
the Publisher of Riding Cultural and Creative Limited, Alvin Tse has over 20
years of experience in scholarly publishing. After graduating from the
Department of Chinese Language and Literature of the Chinese University of
Hong Kong in 1989, he joined its University Press as Editor. He was
Executive Editor of The
China Review: An Interdisciplinary Journal on Greater China. He is
also a Member of Executive Committee, Hong Kong Publishing Professionals
Society. After serving the University Press until January 2010, Alvin joined Enrich Professional Publishing as a consultant. Alvin lives in Hong
Kong with his family.

Angela McGaffin, Marketing
Officer & Copy Editor Angela joined Enrich Professional Publishing as both a Marketing
Officer and a Copy Editor, bringing with her many years of experience as an
instructor of English, ICT, and Business in both Canada and England. More
recently, she was a Program Assistant in the Economic & Trade Department at
the Embassy of Canada in Washington, DC. She holds a B.Ed. from Brandon
University and Red River College in Canada, a Postgraduate Certificate in
Education from Homerton College, Cambridge University, England, and a Master of
Education from the University of Maryland University College. Angela lives
in Hawaii with her husband.

Wendy Wrangham, Copy Editor
Wendy joined Enrich Professional Publishing as a freelance writer and editor with over 15 years of experience. She co-founded Cairo's foremost entertainment magazine and continues to research and write print and online travel guides for Dorling Kindersley Eyewitness Travel, Thomas Cook, Frommer's Unlimited/Whatsonwhen.com, and In Your Pocket. Wendy holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Classics from the University of Bristol and a certificate in teaching English as a foreign language. A former staff writer for the Prague Post, she has been published in The Guardian and USA Today. By passport British, she has also lived in India, Papua New Guinea, Egypt, the Czech Republic, Australia, the United States, and Spain. Wendy currently lives in London.
